
What are some of your favorite things about Peru?
Ethan: Our friends and the people here.
Titus: The food and that people here are really nice.
Nora: The parks are fun, that we get to go with on ministry trips, and the dogs on the street.
Ellie: Going to Lima on vacation and going to school with my friends.
What is your favorite food here?
Ethan: Lomo saltado
Titus: Lomo saltado, ceviche, and ají de gallina
Nora: Ceviche
Ellie: Salchipapas and lomo saltado



What are some of your favorite things to do in Cusco?
Ethan: Play with my friends and go to Urpicha park because of the huge slides.
Titus: Go to Urpicha park because of the slides.
Nora: To go to the store, La Canasta, because the girls that work there are our friends.
Ellie: To play with my family and to go to Cachimayo park because I can ride my scooter there.
What can be difficult about living here?
Ethan: Getting sick more often.
Titus: Making new friends at first because of learning Spanish but I feel more comfortable about that now but it can still be hard sometimes.
Nora: The coldness!
Ellie: Stopping people from picking on my friends at school.
What do you miss about the US?
Ethan: The candy and our friends and family.
Titus: The candy and our friends and family.
Nora: The candy and our cousins.
Ellie: Our friends and family
What advice would you have for families who are considering going to the mission field?
Ethan: Be ready before you go like being part of a good church.
Titus: Find a good doctor and learn the language.
Nora: Bring warm clothes and good medicine.
Ellie: Bring your warmest clothes ever and bring boots because they are the style.
